• Cupcakes :- Chocolate cupcake ,Butter cream cupcake ,Black currant
cupcake, strawberry cupcake , Mocha Chocó cupcake
• Icing cakes -
• Pineapple cake
• Black forest cake
• Chocolate truffle cake
• Berry berry cake
Benefit of the bakery course
• In the bakery classes, trainees will understand the basics of the baking industry,
procedures, necessary tools, equipment, knowledge on various creams, syrups,
puddings, custards, mousse, soufflés for decorating, gain expertise in making various
types of cakes, cookies, tarts, baking pies, etc. Candidates will also learn basics of
cleaning, advanced bakery methods, sanitary precautions, the mathematics used in
baking for measuring quantity and standards to maintaining the high quality of
bakery products.
Outcome of the bakery course
After completing the Baking course, trainees will be eligible to be a
successful Baker, kitchen manager, Assistant Chef, Bakery manager, cake
decorator and food technologist. The course opens doors for various
career options where a candidate can be an individual baker or start a
home based business involving various experts to it. An individual can
also open a traditional shop that will provide bakery products on special
occasions.
