Letter of Recommendation
In the spring of 2016 I supervised Andreas Fricke Møller and Jonas Faaborg during
their bachelor project within the field of Intercultural Communication, in the De-
partment of Management at Aarhus University, Denmark.
Throughout the process, Andreas and Jonas showed a deeply held theoretical and
practical knowledge of research philosophies, data analysis, as well as a critical ap-
proach to epistemological structures. The result has been a thesis with the purpose of
creating a generalizable toolbox for assessing intercultural complications in cross-
border M&As, the quality of which more strongly resembles the quality of the Master
Level, transcending well beyond what is expected of a bachelor thesis. During the de-
fence of the project, they both showed the ability to constructively engage in a thor-
ough discussion, both defending and counter arguing their well-considered choices.
This work of course earned them the top grade.
I have confidence that they will both succeed within the field of International Man-
agement and Communication and I give them my very best recommendations.
