Getting Started
- Constitution
- Required for all recognised clubs
- Based on Toastmasters International club constitution
- Follows SAAB organisational structure (officers and
committees)
- Includes mission, core values, and responsibility of B2B
members & officers.
- All members should be familiar with the constitution
- Strategic Plan
- Contains Goals, Objectives, and Strategies for Brother
2 Brother to be successful.
- Focused on continuing foundation of B2B
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinating with ASCWU VP of Clubs and Organisations
- Ensuring Club Packet Information correct and complete.
- Helping us get back into good standing for club senate.
- Participation
- Attending officer and general meetings.
- Suggesting use of Robert’s Rules.
- Helping create the agenda.
- Reminding members to attend meeting.
- Hosting workshop on conducting meetings, and applying for a U.S. Passport.

partnerships across the university.
