Customer Agreement updated

In this update we are improving the terms of the AWS Customer Agreement
related to intellectual property rights. These changes include offering
uncapped IP infringement protection and removing the patent non-assert
clause. AWS customers do not need to take any action to get the benefit of
the updates to the online AWS Customer Agreement. The updates took effect
on June 28, 2017, and apply to all customers who use the Services under the
online AWS Customer Agreement.
