This document outlines several useful tricks for navigating and utilizing Bugzilla more efficiently. It describes how to use quicksearch to search across fields, use needinfo to ask questions of specific individuals, view user and product dashboards to track relevant bugs, and filter bugmail using email headers. The document encourages sharing additional Bugzilla tricks and notes that there is always something new to learn about its complex functionality.

7. Use needinfo
● Needinfo to ask a question of a specific person
● At end of page after comments
● Bug reporter, assignee, anyone, other
● Start typing their name, email, or irc nick
● They get bugmail with different headers than cc
● It shows up on their dashboard(s)
