I’m called Ashik and I’ve been working for Autoneum in London, Canada, since 2016. In my position as Quality
Engineer I assist our customers with questions about product quality and guarantees. I’m responsible for the
planning, coordination and management of new and existing programs and activities that assure quality control
and assurance in production and delivery. I work closely on a daily basis with our customers, suppliers and
colleagues from program management, product development, production, logistics and sales. As Quality Lead,
I offer my employees the support they need to see new challenges as an opportunity and develop further.

My name is Marjorie. I have been Controller of Business Group SAMEA (South America, Middle East and
Africa) in São Paulo, Brazil, since 2014. My tasks include the entire budget process, cost optimization
initiatives and the analysis and consolidation of the financial results of the various locations of our Business
Group. So a typical working day requires a great deal of concentration and care when working with figures.
What I like most is that I can work very independently and the close collaboration with colleagues from various
functions around the world that enables me to gain an overall view of the company.
What I appreciate most about Autoneum as an employer is that everyone pulls together, from the CEO down to
the production worker. That all our actions should be geared toward values such as “responsibility” and
“continuous improvement” very much ties in with my personal beliefs too.

My name is Mario. I have worked as a systems engineer for measurement systems at the Autoneum’s
headquarters in Winterthur, Switzerland since 2011. My work involves building and calibrating measuring
systems according to customer requirements, as well as testing them. I source the necessary electronics and
materials for manufacturing, and I also help with installation at the customer’s site and provide training on how
to operate the system. Thanks to our good team work, we have achieved a lot together, which has also
allowed me to enjoy many personal successes.

My name is Songting and I’m completing my technician apprenticeship in Pinghu, one of Autoneum’s Chinese
plants. Together with my colleagues I’m responsible for the flawless production of textile lightweight
underbodies made of Ultra-Silent. My daily tasks center around operation of the plant, including
troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. Among other things, this includes machine calibration and the
collection of machine data as well as checking that they are working properly and replacing melt filters and
spin packs.
I’m impressed by the career opportunities for apprentices and our targeted support. I learn a lot in the training
courses on offer not just about material and equipment but also about successful teamwork. I have also the
opportunity to learn English, which enables me to develop at a personal and professional level. I look forward
to many successful years at Autoneum.

My name is Debi and I’ve been Environmental, Health & Safety Manager at the plant in Jeffersonville (Indiana),
USA; since 2016. I monitor compliance of environmental, health and safety standards at our location and
regularly conduct risk analyses. Through various training sessions, I ensure that employees not only act in an
environmentally friendly and safe manner, but that they also participate in identifying risks in a timely manner
and contribute to corrective actions to avoid them. This guarantees continuous improvement of the EHS
management systems.
The working environment at Autoneum constantly offers new challenges in the area of EHS. This drives me to
deliver top performance and accomplish successes that I didn’t realize I could achieve! At Autoneum I am
continuously enhancing my skills and interests – every day I learn and grow.

I am Ashish and I have been working for Autoneum in Chennai, India, since 2017. As General & Business
Development Manager, I am responsible for customer relations with vehicle manufacturers in India and
Thailand. I ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and products that meet their
requirements and am also responsible for new customer business. For example, I make decisions in
consultation with the management of Business Group Asia about the product range and price calculation.
Moreover, there’s always a contact from the global organization available to answer questions – this is what
real team spirit means to me.
I am proud to contribute with my work to making Autoneum a sought-after provider as technology leader
among a large number of customers.

I’m Marcus and I’ve been working as a member of the Purchasing department at Autoneum's North American
headquarters in Novi (Michigan) since 2010, now managing all North American Capex requirements for the
organization. My job is to review the equipment requirements from an investment point of view. Among other
things, I seek competitive proposals based on the technical specifications provided by the Manufacturing
department. From here, I negotiate the best possible commercial terms to put Autoneum in an advantageous
position from a budget and performance perspective, then making a recommendation of the most suitable
supplier(s). I also initiate and implement appropriate measures in terms of maintenance and optimization of our
manufacturing facilities for additional cost savings.
As Purchasing Manager at Autoneum, I am proud to contribute to our company’s success every day.

My name is Agustin and I’ve been working at Autoneum’s Argentinian plant in Córdoba since 2016. After
working in various roles within the company, I am now the project engineer for our customer Renault. I started
as an intern in quality management, subsequently worked as a quality engineer and when I was offered my
present job after just four months I immediately accepted. It is a very multifaceted job that involves
collaborating closely with our French customer and assisting with interesting projects from component
development to process production optimization.
Autoneum has enabled me to start an exciting career and I look forward to growing with my responsible tasks
and developing further.
