Autism is a spectrum disorder that affects social skills and sensory processing, making school very challenging for children with autism. It is more common than other pediatric conditions, yet causes and treatments are not fully understood. In school, autistic children may struggle with stimuli like noise and find it hard to learn amid inner issues. Bullying can also be a problem due to possible social differences. While expensive to treat, public school may be the only option for many families of autistic children. Raising awareness can help schools provide a more supportive environment.

● Asperger syndrome is a form of Autism but less severe, it can be hard to diagnose and you may
be not able to tell if somebody has it

high-functioning autistic kids may be around now and it is important to be tolerant and kind to both
