AudioNote is a note taking app for the iPad that allows users to record meetings while taking notes. The free version allows for 10 minutes of recording time per meeting and a total of 2 hours, while the paid version offers unlimited recording time. Users can type notes, write or draw on the screen, and highlight important parts. Recordings can be shared via email or direct download over the same local network.

2. AudioNote is a simple Note Taking app that records meetings while you take notes.

3. The free "lite" version allows for 10 minutes of recording time per meeting and a maximum of 2 hours total. The paid version has unlimited recording time and more options for sharing.

4. Press the record button to begin capturing audio.

5. The button and toolbar will change to red. A timer appears to show you how long the recording is.

6. The writing options are on the right. Typed text is the default. Click the notepad to begin typing.

7. There is a timer notation next to the text to tell you when the note was taken during the recording. On Playback, touch the text and the recording will jump to that time.

8. Selecting the pen tool allows you to write or draw while recording.

9. Touch the eraser once. A blue shadow indicates you can use your finger or stylus to erase what you drew. It will not erase typed text.

10. The highlighter tool allows you to highlight your important notes by simply dragging your finger over the area you need.

11. Clicking the "i" icons allows you to make changes or find more information. Here you see that you can change the paper style or share your note.

13. You can email your note, or you can share by IP address if you are on the same network.

14. If you select email, simply type in the contact's email address and press send.

15. If you are both connected to the same router or WAP, you can give the IP address shown in your window and they can download the note directly.
