This one-day seminar discusses the intersection of law, technology, and ethics for attorneys. It will include a demonstration and panels on how emerging technologies like autonomous vehicles, the Internet of Things, and social media impact legal practice and clients. The panels will also address cybersecurity challenges, data breaches, and ethical duties regarding maintaining client confidentiality and competence in a technology-driven world. The seminar offers 4.5 hours of CLE credit, including 1.2 hours of ethics credit, and is open to attorneys, paralegals, law students and judges.
