1. Mr. ChristophBlume hasbeenmarriedtoLori Blume for27 years andhave two adultchildren.
2. There has beena historyof agitation,animosity,andill-willthroughoutthe yearsbetweenChristoph
Blume andStephonArcher.
3. ChristophBlume killedStephonArcheronJuly3,2012 while ata cookoutat hislocal residentduring
an altercationbetweenthe two.
4. Both Christopherandhisbrotherinlaw Stephonwere drinkingatthe cookout,witnessesstatedthat
theirdisagreementsandbehavioralwaysbecame more intensewhenthe menwere drinking.
5. Christophisa 55-year-oldschoolteacher,while Stephonisa22-year-oldelectricianandduring
altercations,Stephonalwaysgotthe betterof Christophbecause of the age andbodytype differences.
6. ChristophandStephondonot have a violentbackground,all thatisknownistheycouldnotget along
witheachother. Witnessesstatedtheybelieve thatStephonwasjealousof Christophsister's,their
childrenrelationship.
7. There is no evidencethatsupportsthe second-degree murdercharge againstChristoph.
8. The defense would liketohave the chargesamendedagainstChristophtoself-defense.
