 Currently working as Executive Administrative Assistant –TANAJIB INTERNATIONAL
FOR PETROLEUM SERVICES CO. from Nov 2014 till date
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial and admin support to the department to ensure the smooth running of
the department operations.
- Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the operations and project team
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording
and tracking of all documents
- Support the officers and project team in daily roles and assist to keep stock of
Office supplies
- Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties
- Undertake any admin projects/duties as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation, visa
arrangements, Insurance coverage, claims etc
-Visa procedures (Schengen Visa, UK Visa, US Visa etc)
- Self-Correspondence in outgoing mails.
- To arrange pick-up for couriers.
- Attending phone calls whenever needed.
- Surf the Internet for information’s required by the management.
- Be in constant touch with all the clients and the principals.
- Producing reports/statements to the management whenever they ask for it.
- Regular follow up of outstanding payments.
- Local purchases & arranging the renewal of the employees ID, Car dafter.
