4. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka penulis melakukan asuhan
kebidanan komprehensif pada Ibu N.N usia 22 tahun G1P0A0 usia
kehamilan 32-34 minggu. Berdasarkan anamnesa dan pengkajian,
didapatkan bahwa ibu tidak rutin mengonsumsi tablet tambah
darah, pemeriksaan fisik dalam batas normal, dan tidak ditemukan
penyulit yang membatasi asuhan dan pertolongan Persalinan,
Asuhan Nifas dan Asuhan Bayi Baru Lahir untuk dilaksanakan oleh
penulis.

6. KEHAMILAN
Menurut Federasi Obstetri Ginekologi Internasional,
kehamilan didefenisikan sebagai fertilisasi atau
penyatuan dari spermatozoa dan ovum dan dilanjutkan
dengan implantasi .
Kehamilan terbagi menjadi 3 Trimester, yaitu trimester
pertama yang dimulai pada usia kehamilan 0-12
minggu, trimester kedua dimulai pada usia kehamilan
13-27 minggu, danv trimester tiga dimulai pada usia
kehamilan 28-40 minggu

7. PERUBAHAN FISIOLOGIS KEHAMILAN
MINGGU KE-28/BULAN KE-7
• Fundus berada dipertengahan antara pusat dan sifoideus
• Hemoroid mungkin terjadi.
• Pernapasan dada menggantikan pernapasan perut.
• Garis bentuk janin dapat dipalpasi.
• Rasa panas dalam perut mungkin mulai terasa.

8. PERUBAHAN FISIOLOGIS KEHAMILAN
MINGGU KE-32/BULAN KE-8
• Fundus mencapai prosesus xifoideus
• payudara penuh dan nyeri tekan
• Sering BAK mungkin kembali terjadi

9. PERUBAHAN FISIOLOGIS KEHAMILAN
MINGGU KE-38/BULAN KE-9
• Penurunan bayi ke dalam pelvis/panggul ibu (lightening).
• Plasenta setebal hampir 4 kali waktu usia kehamilan 18
minggu dan beratnya 0,5-0,6 kg
• Sakit punggung dan sering BAK meningkat
• Braxton Hicks meningkat karena serviks dan segmen bawah
Rahim disiapkan untuk persalinan
