2. Pengertian
Komite adalah wadah non struktural yang terdiri dari tenaga ahli atau profesi dibentuk untuk memberikan pertimbangan
strategis kepada kepala/direktur Rumah Sakit dalam rangka peningkatan dan pengembangan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah
sakit.
Komite Keperawatan bertugas membantu kepala/direktur Rumah Sakit dalam melakukan kredensial, pembinaan disiplin dan
etika profesi keperawatan dan kebidanan serta pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan termasuk memberi masukan guna
pengembangan standar pelayanan dan standar asuhan keperawatan dan kebidanan

Sub komite kredensial
a. Menyusun daftar rincian kewenangan klinis
b. Menyusun white paper ( buku putih )
c. Menerima hasil verifikasi kredensial dari bagian sdm
d. Merekomendasikan tahapan proses kredensial
e. Merekomendasikan pemilihan Kewenangan Klinis bagi setiap
tenaga keperawatan
f. Melakukan Kredensial ulang secara berkala sesuai waktu yang
ditetapkan yaitu satu tahun sekali.
g. Sub komite membuat laporan seluruh proses kredensial kepada
Ketua Komite Keperawtan untuk diteruskan ke direktur Rumah
Sakit .

Menyusun data dasar profil tenaga keperawatan sesuai area
praktik;
Merekomendasikan perencanaan pengembangan profesional
berkelanjutan tenaga keperawatan;
Melakukan audit asuhan keperawatan dan asuhan kebidanan;
Memfasilitasi proses pendampingan sesuai kebutuhan

Melakukan sosialisasi kode etik profesi tenaga keperawatan;
Melakukan pembinaan etik dan disiplin profesi tenaga keperawatan;
Melakukan penegakan disiplin profesi keperawatan dan kebidanan;
Merekomendasikan penyelesaian masalah-masalah pelanggaran disiplin dan masalah-
masalah etik dalam kehidupan profesi dan asuhan keperawatan dan asuhan kebidanan;
Merekomendasikan pencabutan kewenangan Klinis dan / atau surat penugasan klinis
(clinical appointment);
Memberikan pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan etis dalam asuhan keperawatan
dan asuhan kebidanan.
