1. General PA duties
2. Communications and press
3. Project Management (50 Days)
4. Events organization (abroad)
5. Speech writing (congresses)
WHAT I DO
1. Memorize the schedule. Know always what’s
going to happen next.
2. Always be a step ahead.
3. You are a problem solver, not a trouble maker.
4. There’s no time off. Even after 10pm.
5. There is little sleep.
6. When your travel with more people for work,
they suddenly become dependent children.
WHAT I’VE LEARNED TRAVELING
TIPS WHEN TRAVELING
1. List clothes by day.
2. Unpack. Even if just for 2 days. Make the situation
as “normal” as possible
3. Big bags are more useful than cute purses.
4. 2 batteries. always. If not for you, for your boss.
5. Screenshots when there’s no internet.
6. Concierges are our friends. Be nice with them
7. Connect with the locals beforehand.
8. Keep an eye on the office, don’t lose track of what’s
going on.
9. Have always a back up plan
10. and finally….
If you fail to prepare,
prepare to fail
