It has an electronic ignition and a tubular double cradle type frame with 97.2 cc engine. It is now called Splendor Plus.<br />In 2004, Hero Honda launched the upgraded version of the Splendor, the Splendor+. This version features multi-reflector headlight, tail light and turn signal lights, and features new graphics.<br />In 2007, Hero Honda launched Hero Honda Splendor plus with major changes in body fairings and including alloy wheels and other significant improvements. Current Price of Hero Honda Splendor Plus with alloy wheel is Rs. 41,017 in Punjab. Its average mileage is 60 Km/Lt.<br />To date there have been 11 million Hero Honda Splendors sold, at a rate of one million per year making the Splendor the largest selling motorcycle in the world.<br />How comfortable is Hero Honda Splendor Plus:-<br />right0As far as comfort is concerned, all the Hero Honda Splendor Plus bikes are ultimate. Seating position is the best with flat seats for both rider and passenger. Even three people can be easily accommodated on the seat, but this is not recommended. For better visibility at night, a multi reflector halogen bulb is fitted in the headlamp. The newly added switch gear is a welcome change. This time high and low beam comes in a form of push button in place of a switch.
