1.Snow Ball Sampling
Snowball sampling uses a small pool of initial informants to nominate, through their social networks,
other participants who meet the eligibility criteria and could potentially contribute to a specific
study. The term "snowball sampling" reflects an analogy to a snowball increasing in size as it rolls
downhill.
It is a method used to obtain research and knowledge, from extended associations, through
previous acquaintances, "It uses recommendations to find people with the specific range of
skills that has been determined as being useful." An individual or a group receives information
from different places through a mutual intermediary. Snowball sampling is a useful tool for
building networks and increasing the number of participants. However, the success of this
technique depends greatly on the initial contacts and connections made. Thus it is important to
correlate with those that are popular and honorable to create more opportunities to grow, but
also to create a credible and dependable reputation.
2.Experimental Research
It is a collection of research designs which use manipulation and controlled testing to understand
causalprocesses. Generally, one or more variables are manipulated to determine their effect on a
dependent variable. It is a systematic and scientific approach to research in which the
researcher manipulates one or more variables, and controls and measures any change in
other variables
A very wide definition of experimental research, or a quasi experiment, is research where
the scientist actively influences something to observe the consequences. Most experiments
tend to fall in between the strict and the wide definition.
Experimental Research is often used where:
1. There is time priority in a causal relationship.
2. There is consistency in a causal relationship.
3. The magnitude of the correlation is great.

5. 3.Sampling Error
It is incurred when the statistical characteristics of a population are estimated from a subset,
or sample, of that population. Since the sample does not include all members of the
population, statistics on the sample, generally differ from statistics on the entire population.
For example, if one measures the height of a thousand individuals from a country of one
million, the average height of the thousand is typically not the same as the average height of
all one million people in the country. Since sampling is typically done to determine the
characteristics of a whole population, the difference between the sample and population
values is considered a sampling error. Exact measurement of sampling error is generally not
feasible since the true population values are unknown; however, sampling error can often be
estimated by probabilistic modeling of the sample.

9. IMPACT OF ISSUE IN OUR LIVES
Development means an event constituting a new stage in a changing situation. Human
development is a well-being concept within a field of international development. It involves
studies of the human condition with its core being the capability approach.. It is an alternative
approach to a single focus on economic growth, and focused more on social justice, as a way of
understanding progress.
Economic development is another important factor for human being. Countries like United States
of America ,Many of the European countries are more developed than India and many African
countries. The reason behind it is Western culture ,they are more workaholic and dedicated to
their task, whereas we Indians don’t have this quality, but the thing which is concluded that we
never stake our humanity for work.
Main thing which affects most in our lives is our lifestyle, it changes according to time since we
are developing rapidly. There is no assurance that development means no poverty and 100%
satisfaction for all. There would be poverty ,health problems, financial problems and etc. and to
overcome this. Development also has its two sides strengths and weaknesses. It depend on
many factors such as money, lifestyle and etc.

workplace communication. There are
advantages and disadvantages to using
the organizational development method
of company growth and change.
Developed countries have better access
to technology, and are less reliant on a
single resource to support their
economy. They are mostly industrialized
and so have a diverse economy, and tend
to be wealthier. This in turn creates a
better standard of living. For example,
people living in developed countries
have better healthcare, and insurance
coverage, and also higher quality
amenities, and facilities at hand.
Developed countries are also generally
safer. They also have a highly skilled
workforce, which means improved
services, and higher standard of
education and such.
When people buy, they generally buy
those products or services that offer
the greatest utility to them, since that
is the most effective way of using
their money — it maximizes their
utility for their limited income. If a
product does not increase their total
utility, then people will probably not
buy it. Which is why there are many
new products that were developed that
were not successful.
Some disadvantages might be higher
pollution, and lower birth rates, and an
ageing population, which means more
of the governments tax money goes to
pension schemes for the country's
golden citizens
