The current tourism sector is dominated by promotions, being necessary for the
organizations to proceed with incremental actions including not just a quality of
services, pricing policies, relevant destinations, seasonality but marketing
strategies using the right content that emotionally capture the traveler attention
offering to customers an opportunity to experiences their wildest travel fantasy.
The creation of new experiences, unique and relevant stories, tasks automation,
qualified CRM, trust relationship with the brand and use of social media networks
are some of the strategies that will shape a new scenario within the sector.
Marketing success for travel companies is largely dependent on providing the right
content at the right time to inform and help travelers in various stages of their
