Executive Summary
Juan Miguel Villar aka Tali Goya was born September 28th, 1990 in the Dominican Republic, his family later migrated to New York for a better life. Combining his Latin roots with his influential upbringing Tali started his rap career utilizing Latin and Trap sounds. In this situation analysis, we’ll take a quick look at Tali Goya’s Target Market, and his current music scene. After examining the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to Tali Goya, we will have identified what is affecting Tali to go mainstream.
2.1 Artist Overview
Tali Goya is currently a Dominican native. Tali is a music artist who has focused his career in making Latin Trap. He is popular in Latin America and in certain communities. At the moment Tali is not signed to a big record label and has had a hard time crossing to mainstream music. The Artist wants to be able to make the switch and not lose the loyal fan base that he already has.
Tali currently has 7 singles and 1 Album. He is currently working on a new album he plans to drop in the next 8-12 weeks. Tali is currently reaching Latin American fans. He is trying to keep them but also gains NYC and Miami fans. Tali currently perform in clubs and events in the States. He does have concerts in Latin America.

Doctors and caregivers are then able to access the data on the clinical server. Patients and caregivers are increasingly going online to connect and share experiences with others with similar medical issues or concerns Patients are able to take advantage of social networks to do more than just share pictures and tweets. Executive Summary
Juan Miguel Villar aka Tali Goya was born September 28th, 1990 in the Dominican Republic, his family later migrated to New York for a better life. Anatomy of a Research Article
The most common type of peer-reviewed article is the research article, or paper describing a research
study. Authors of research articles follow a prescribed structure as they discuss their studies. As you begin
to gather articles for your literature review, you will begin to recognize a common anatomy, or structure,
across the articles. This common anatomy makes it easier for us to navigate and understand the articles we
read.
Research articles are typically organized into the following seven sections:
1) Title Page
2) Abstract
3) Introduction
4) Methods
5) Results
6) Discussion
7) References
Each of these sections has a unique purpose:
1) The Title Page serves as a cover sheet for the article. It typically includes the title of the paper, the
authors’ names, and the university or institution at which the research was conducted.
2) The Abstract is a brief summary of the entire research article. It helps us to get a sense of the
research question, methods, and findings.
3) The Introduction section provides a review of the relevant existing research related to the study’s
research question. It is the equivalent of a “literature review.” We will discuss the nature of literature
reviews more fully later in this lecture. In short, the introduction summarizes the history of research
related to the study’s question and explains why the current research study is important and
necessary.
4) The Methods section explains how the study was conducted. The authors describe the
participants, or “subjects,” how they were selected, and what the subjects were asked to do in the
study.
5) The Results section describes the findings of the study. The authors describe the data analysis
and outcome of that analysis.
6) The Discussion section explores the author’s interpretations of their findings and how those
findings fit in (or not) with existing research in the area of study. Here, the authors also discuss the
limitations of their own study as well as suggest future research that should be done to address the
research question.

Anatomy of a Research Article
The most common type of peer-reviewed article is the research article, or paper describing a research
study. Authors of research articles follow a prescribed structure as they discuss their studies. As you begin
to gather articles for your literature review, you will begin to recognize a common anatomy, or structure,
across the articles. This common anatomy makes it easier for us to navigate and understand the articles we
read.
Research articles are typically organized into the following seven sections:
1) Title Page
2) Abstract
3) Introduction
4) Methods
5) Results
6) Discussion
7) References
Each of these sections has a unique purpose:
1) The Title Page serves as a cover sheet for the article. It typically includes the title of the paper, the
authors’ names, and the university or institution at which the research was conducted.
2) The Abstract is a brief summary of the entire research article. It helps us to get a sense of the
research question, methods, and findings.
3) The Introduction section provides a review of the relevant existing research related to the study’s
research question. It is the equivalent of a “literature review.” We will discuss the nature of literature
reviews more fully later in this lecture. In short, the introduction summarizes the history of research
related to the study’s question and explains why the current research study is important and
necessary.
4) The Methods section explains how the study was conducted. The authors describe the
participants, or “subjects,” how they were selected, and what the subjects were asked to do in the
study.
5) The Results section describes the findings of the study. The authors describe the data analysis
and outcome of that analysis.
6) The Discussion section explores the author’s interpretations of their findings and how those
findings fit in (or not) with existing research in the area of study. Here, the authors also discuss the
limitations of their own study as well as suggest future research that should be done to address the
research question.

Imagine that you have been asked to participate as a project manager for a website renovation project for a clothing department store. The Website will be mobile-user friendly and will target global customers to expand business overseas. The scope requires your project team to decompose the project into the following phases: design a sample Website, attain consensus on the design from upper management, develop the Website, test the Website functionality, and transition Web services to the new Website. A project of this magnitude carries many risks. For instance, the marketing department has a habit of adding requirements and requesting features toward the end of the project.
System network administrators have expressed their concerns for cyberattacks and other cyberthreats that are prevalent across the industry. The IT Operations team also has provided feedback and is worried about having enough bandwidth for the additional global visitors who will now be accessing the Website.
For this assignment, you will be expected to develop a risk management plan and assist in coordinating communications amongst the project stakeholders.
Write a three to five (3-5) page paper in which you:
Develop a risk assessment using the table format below to:
Select at least two (2) risks that could take place for each phase of the project which includes:
Designing a sample Website
Attaining consensus on the design from upper management
Developing the Website
Testing the Website functionality
Transitioning Web services to the new Website
Identify a risk owner and his / her role in the project.
Describe a strategy for managing each risk.
Describe the response to the risk.
Identify the resources that would be required to provide a risk response plan.

Consider the following communication requirements:
The project manager will need to present the project status to executive management on a weekly basis. The project manager will need to provide a written status report to the Chief Financial Officer on a monthly basis.
The Website manager will be notified via email on all Web services requests required for the project. Request notifications will include time constraints and impacts, which will identify the urgency of the request for service.
The project team will have weekly update / status meetings to review completed tasks and determine current work priorities. Minutes will be produced from all meetings.
The project manager will provide the project sponso.
