Mansour Ahaidi
In City Of Westminster College the website has a section about equality and
diversity where they celebrate every religion and background. In the website they
have City Of Westminster College logo with different colors and that represents
multi cultural background of the college, and their support of LGBT.
In my video I would use the City Of Westminster College logo to represent the
college theme. I would use the logo in the beginning and the end of the video.
I would emphasise the values of City Of Westminster College, which are Ambition,
Responsibility and Respect. I would do this by having the words come up on the
video during the title sequence when the presentation is on, so that the audience can
be acknowledge what The City of Westminster College is about.
City Of Westminster College has a Strategic Aim that the student should be
successful in the City Of Westminster College. I would film the students coming to
college smiling with each other. They will have grades in their hands and will be
smiling.
I would promote the culture of continuous improvement, by filming students
working hard in the library, with teacher being available to help them.
To promote equality and diversity, I would film a staff member helping a disabled
student by moving their wheelchair, or guiding them to the class
