Product Development Project Details –
Project Name: ERP Software.
Description: Our Company is Product based company .This project is product of our company.
This ERP software have three main modules.
1.Baps(Business Administration and Process System )
2.Empy(Portal)
3. TDS(TDS Transaction ,Tax Calculate)
Baps is the complete project. Inside there is 9 parts of it (Administrator, Inventory,
SCM, CRM, Finance, Manufacturing, HRA, Docs Management, Assets Management)
Inside these all module there are around 195 subparts of it.There are small masters
to create the basic needs of items, and big module to create configurations.
Empy module is a Portal Type and TDS is to generate the tds from the al type of
payment.
TDS module is for tax generating for different transaction either purchase or sale.

3. Modules Description:
Account Series : Account Series basically made on four type Transaction . Payment ,Contra, Receipt,
Journal . For all transaction first series of account is generate based on account series configuration .
user can choose fields what he need in account series. In payment we select the series and show the fields
based on configuration. And we perfrom all the payment entries .
Basically I make its configuration ,on the basis of this configuration Vouchers are generated or all the
transaction or working done with the help of it.
Inventory :- Standard valuation in set the prices of items .item come on based on group and product
multiple selection dropdown then we select the item and date entry for item ,sales price and purchase price
entry . We can also get previous all standard valuation saved of particular item etc..
MRP,Purchase DiscountList , Purchase Price list etc. same as above
Adminstrator :- Many master I Made as Department ,Group ,Party Location ,Term , Route ,

Purchase Series: Purchase Series basically made up for all the purchase processing. In this module
configuration is made up by me. On the bases of this configuration all other purchasing activity will be
done. This series make configuration with branch, location, supplier group, supplier, product and unit .

Sales Series: Sales Series basically made up for all the Sales Processing. In this module configuration is
made up by me. On the bases of this configuration all other selling activity will be done. This series make
configuration with branch, location, supplier group, supplier, product and unit . price editable or not DN
number allowed or not , editable allowed or not all are done in it. Than this series used for Selling In this
series ,I make a hierarchy of checkboxes for all other module of Sales like SA(Sales Associates), indent ,
