January 2014 till date:
Unit Head Centralized Account Opening,
Bank Alfalah Limited, Pakistan
Major Responsibilities Under 32 number of Staff.
• Successfully Centralized 100% Account Opening in Bangladesh.
• Currently deal 607 Branches in Centralized environment.
• Responsible of Internal and External Audits.
• Policy Making and Implementation under SBP guidelines and regulation after
the prior approvals from higher management.
• Coordinate with IT department to highlight system related issues and
reengineering matters.
• Running department and responsible for all activities (scrutinizing,
Documentation including (Govt,NGO/NPO, Pvt Ltd, Societies, Clubs, Association
Cooperate Account) along with Account Closing request under the guidelines of
SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) and internal Bank policies.
• Responsible to provide all MIS‘s in order to analyze productivity of the Unit.
• Responsible for Vault Management in respect of AOF.
November 2007 till January 2014:
Unit Head Centralized Clearing Unit (CPU),
Alfalah Bank Limited, Pakistan
Major Responsibilities under reporting 52 number of Staff.
• Communicate with Branches and NIFT for smooth processing.
• Coordinate and highlight system related issues and reengineering matters
With IT department.
• Policy Making and Implementation under SBP guidelines and regulation after
the prior approvals from higher management.

As a Manager Centralized Account Opening Unit,
Bank Alfalah Limited, Pakistan
Major Responsibilities under reporting 52 number of Staff.
Responsibilities as a Manager
• Looking after 210 Branches in Centralized environment.
• Handling all type of Account Opening and Closing issues.
• As an in charge must ensure the proper scrutiny of Account Opening forms, all
documents related of opening of account (Cooperate and Individual customers)
and Account Closing request in the guidelines of SBP (State Bank of Pakistan)
and internal Bank policies.
• Develop different MIS‘s which enhance the productivity of the Unit.
• Make ensure the proper adjustment of Account Opening Forms in the Vault.
• Lead the team of 48 individuals.
• Designing of different policies pertaining to Centralized Account Opening Unit
and implementation of these policies after the prior approvals from higher
management.
• My other assignment is to coordination with IT department to resolve the
system related issues for the better performance of the Unit.
• Handle all type of Internal and External Audits.
July 2005 till June 2007:
Supervisor, Centralized Account Opening Unit,
Standard Chartered Bank Limited, Pakistan
Major Responsibilities
• Must ensure the proper scrutiny of Account Opening forms, all documents
related of opening of account (Cooperate and Individual customers) and
Account Closing requests in the guidelines of SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) and
internal Bank policies.
• Make ensure the proper scanning of customer’s signature in the system and
proper adjustment of Account Opening Forms in the Vault.
• Designing of different MIS’s.
• Authorization of customer’s signatures in EBA system(Signature scanning
system)
• Handle all type of queries related to Account Opening forms and their
documents.
November 2004 to July 2005:
NIB Bank Limited,
Senior Officer, Branch Banking Unit, Pakistan
Major Responsibilities
• Scrutiny of Account Opening forms and Account Closing requests.
• Designing of different MIS’s.
• Scanning of customer’s signature in the Pibas System.
• Proper record keeping of Account Opening forms and Account Closing requests
in the Vault.
• Scrutiny of clearing instruments.
• Posting of Inward and outward clearing instruments in the system.
• Balancing of Branch.
• Also worked as a Supervisor of Cheque Book Unit for Authorization of cheque
book requests and checking of reports, bulk stock and counter stock.
June 2004 to November 2004:

• Scrutiny of Account Opening forms and Account Closing requests.

Officer, Centralized Cheqeu Book Unit,

• Check and receive upload requests from the branches.
• Print the lists in branch wise order and forward to MGR-CPC for review and
checking.
• Receive Cheque stock from CPC Process and corporate chequebook requests.
• Maintain record of cheques processed, mutilated or stock in as the case may
be.
• Arrange courier to upcountry branches or dispatch by hand delivery.
• File the relevant listings and receipts in branch wise order.
• After updating stock register keep it in safe vault along with cheque stock.
• Look after all the 42 branches of Centralized Cheque book Processing Center
of UNION BANK all over the Pakistan.
