There is a fire on the mountain that seems to be driving someone away. The narrator sees disturbing images on their TV screen of an innocent child's blood and everyone watching. They see soldiers marching across the street. The fire on the mountain continues to drive whoever away as no one tries to stop it. The river will eventually overflow and there will be nowhere left to go unless the fire is put out.
