with a drive toward avoiding the boxes of
which society attempt to fit him into. He is a
Poet, Master of Ceremony (MC), Pianist,
singer and more. Inspired by the media’s
portrayal of young people, Young Deacon is
most profoundly known for the political
message he bases a large portion of his
music on. However, alongside this, Deacon
is also well known for his energy and
positively hyped staged presence. He is able
to switch between the narration of a sad and
heartfelt story, to a bubbly and hyper club
BANGER. His music has bought him to
perform at Trafalgur Sq, to a private
performance for Keri Hilson, whilst his
speech and insight to youth culture have
carried him to speak out in the Houses of
