Artemis is the Greek goddess of the wilderness, childbirth, and the hunt. She uses a bow and arrows as her symbols and is associated with moon, stags, and she-bears. She is the daughter of Zeus and Leto and the twin sister of Apollo. One day, Artemis accidentally killed her friend Orion when Apollo tricked her into shooting at a floating object that turned out to be Orion's head.
