The training needs assessment conducted in Kosovo aimed to evaluate the capacities and identify training needs of MEST officials in various management areas, including process, people, and financial management, as well as soft skills. The survey revealed significant gaps in knowledge and skills among respondents, particularly in strategic planning, human resource and financial management, indicating a need for tailored training programs. Overall, the assessment highlighted the necessity for a balanced approach to training that aligns with both institutional demands and individual capacities.
