ended on November 2 of the same year.
o It started as an idea where everyone gets to know
Mexican culture.
What is celebrated?
Tradition:
o Honor the memory of their dead.
o The dead visit their loved ones once a year.
o In this event, everyone gets together to shere activities that their loved ones liked
o Different Mexican indigenouns communities come together to meet them.
Activities or Events:
• Artist and musicians meet to play some songs.
• There´re gourmet áreas where all the typical food will be served.
• There´s a race known as “Paseo de las Almas” where several
disguised people run and compete for who is the best.
Funny fact:
It´s done in the middlein the forest
Anyone can go disguied.
Why is it called that?
It´s known that way because on those dates the return of lost Souls
begins so that they can visit their relatives and enjoy worldly
activitiesfor at least one day.
What it offers?
It´s well known for it´s wealth in
culture and how it is represented.
This Festival is part of the Mexican national
heritage.
Reminds us of our traditions.
Offerings are made in the Streets so that they see
how important it´s to remember them.
