3. Hiring criterias and Business Communication must be strictly formal and professional
4. Each and every management transition must be clear within the team
5. Must collect approval or agreement on whether and when to sell business
6. Commitment to resolving conflicts quickly. Outside advisors can be used to mediate
conflicts.
