The document discusses the qualities that Christians should emulate from eagles. It describes 6 qualities: 1) Eagles have incredible vision, seeing through faith and with focus on their purpose. 2) Eagles are great flyers who see opportunities in storms and use storms to soar higher. 3) Eagles fly alone at high altitudes and only flock with other eagles, so Christians should associate with people who lift them up. 4) Eagles are valorous with courage in danger and a will to win. 5) Eagles eat only fresh foods, so Christians should focus on forgiveness, not hurts. 6) Eagles rejuvenate on mountaintops, so Christians should seek strength from God through prayer, worship, and bible study.

10 Attributes of God Lesson 2 SovereigntyJerry Smith
This is a series of ten lessons on the attributes of God. These lessons are not meant for seminary study, but for the everyday believer who wants to gain a practical understanding of the subject for their own personal growth and reading; for small group bible studies, or for teaching in church.
Tomorrow we are starting a new series of study:
“The New Man” is a seminar that will focus on the spirit of man, its soul and its body.
We will learn the properties of each one of these three parts of man.
Our spirit is called to be the ruling part of us, actually, our spirit is the main part of our being, and is the place where the spirit of God dwells in.
We meet in Room #3 at CTF Toronto Wednesdays from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. I invite you to come and participate with us in this discovery of how to let our spirit become the ruler of our life.
“What Will You Reap?" - [We Reap What We Sow] - (Luke 8:5-15; 2 Cor 9:6; Gal 6:7-9) - We Are All Sowing – but to what end? The principle of reaping according to what we have sown is as old as creation & applies in both the material & spiritual realm. This lesson examines three areas in which we are all sowing - (Sowing The Seed / Use of Material Things / Thoughts & Deeds) What will you reap in these three areas? – MP3 / PPT / KEYNOTE / PDF - 3/29/2015
We can use the power of the blood of Jesus for our benefit. Claiming His blood daily, builds up a shield of protection around you, your household and your ministry.

Make Me A Servant
Make me a servant Lord, make me like you
For you are a servant, make me one, too.
Make me a servant, do what you must do
To make me a servant, make me like you.
To love my brother, to serve like you do.
I humble my spirit, I bow before yo.
And through my service, I'll be just like you.
So make me a servant, make me like you.
Open my hands Lord and teach me to share
Open my heart Lord and teach me to care,
For service to others is service to you.
Make me a servant, make me like you.
Some notes from recent teaching sessions - they are aimed at giving more of a background / preparatory idea about how a person might move into a position to be "anointed" by God.
This sermon will focus on two key Pauline texts. In 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 Paul gives us some general instructions in demolishing strongholds by using God's means. In Ephesians 2 he identifies 3 strongholds by name, the world, the flesh and the devil.

To God All the Glory!
In the passage, Paul is encouraging the believers to grow into maturity, following his own example. The process of growing in maturity is a lifelong process, one that Paul himself was on a journey, even towards the end of his life! This encouragement from Paul sets out a clear goal for all Christ-followers – it is a goal that we ought to continue to press on towards.
We are all at different stages in this journey of faith. Some of us have been on this journey for years; others are just starting out. Whether we have studied the Bible extensively and understand the Scriptures well or are just beginning to familiarise ourselves with the Bible, each one of us has a personal responsibility to live out? what we have learned thus far, and to keep pressing on towards full maturity so we can live out our God-given calling and purpose.
Last Sunday, Pastor Torch shared some principles, based on Philippians 3:15-17, that we as Christ-followers should continue doing so that we can live up to God’s call on our lives. These principles are summarised in the following points:
• Keep the perspective heavenward
• Keep living out your God-given purpose
• Keep Godly company

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Homily: The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity Sunday 2024.docxJames Knipper
Countless volumes have been written trying to explain the mystery of three persons in one true God, leaving us to resort to metaphors such as the three-leaf clover to try to comprehend the Divinity. Many of us grew up with the quintessential pyramidal Trinity structure of God at the top and Son and Spirit in opposite corners. But what if we looked at this ‘mystery’ from a different perspective? What if we shifted our language of God as a being towards the concept of God as love? What if we focused more on the relationship within the Trinity versus the persons of the Trinity? What if stopped looking at God as a noun…and instead considered God as a verb? Check it out…
