7. Facebook Host Coaching
 Get their contact information. I use a Google form (First Name, Last Name, phone
number, email address, birthday and address)
 Set up a host portal on Arbonne
 Set up their event page on Facebook
 Send them a suggested message to send to people to ask them to the event.. No
party spamming!
 “Hi Sarah! Your Exclusive event is ready to go! Be sure to message your friends to see if
they’d like an invitation. A great way to ask is: “Hi! I’m having a private Arbonne event
on Facebook next Wednesday night and would love for you to come! Would you like an
invitation?” If they’d like more information on Arbonne, the event is a great way to learn
more.”
 Send them a sample pack!
 Create the party template on PostMyParty and connect it to the event page
 Check in with Host just like in person events

8. Other Top Tips
 Event raffles are legal in most areas, and I highly recommend them. Our
consultant agreement allows them if the Consultant’s location allows them.
Check your local laws.
 Be sure to engage with the guests when they comment!
 Follow up with everyone who RSVP’ed “going” to offer them good customer
service.
 After choosing a raffle winner, you can contact all others to offer them an
option as a runner up – host an event and get a free $50 product, or a small
pamper pack.

Here's the fine print! Giveaway terms and details: To be eligible to win you must RSVP “Going” to the event,
be present during the live portion of the party by participating in party posts before and during the event,
be age 18 or older, and live within the U.S. Giveaway entries begin to be earned from the time the first post
is made by the consultant, Myra Fountain, within the event after the introductory post. Giveaway will end
24 hours after the live portion of the party. At least three guests must interact on the event posts to
activate the giveaway. Winner will be chosen at random after entries are hand tallied and using the site
