- 3. The biggest change I can see is they changed the garages to side entry and made them deeper.

- 5. Why so much wood for the stair case? Also, thought this giant curly LVL in the middle picture was neat! Barry said it was special made for the project. This is going to be a great house! I especially like the turret at the top.

- 9. They switched the shower and tub. They got rid of the formal dining room. Morning room is now casual dining. They changed the configuration of the stairs. The garage and porch are also different. The porch appears to be bigger.
- 11. Love the open second floor and open stairs, although, I must admit it was terrifying to walk across without the railing there!
- 12. Looks like this master bath is going to be very nice. What is the purple and orange in the shower for? Also, I like this tile but I was informed by the tile guy on site that apparently it is the wrong tile. What happened there and how could something like that be avoided in the future?
- 13. Talk about a view! Not too shabby to have views of the lake out of almost every window. Nice touch, Rolph family!
- 14. BELMONT PLAN • OUR NEW MODEL LOCATED IN GALLATIN, TN • Why do the footers resemble tombstones? Any reason they are in this specific formation? • What is in the box in the bottom picture? What purpose does this serve?
- 15. I had a hard time finding a floor plan that was labeled for the final. It appears to me there are no changes except for the absence of the optional second floor.

- 17. I am loving the tile Mr. Mercer picked out! The backsplash specifically is one of my favorites I’ve ever seen.
- 18. What is this detail under the counters called? It’s very interesting.
- 19. What an absolutely epic man cave area/zombie apocalypse room! Mr. Mercer told me that he will protect me when it all goes down. He explained to me how he plans on storing all of his guns in the secret room. I also asked him about the wine room and if he has an extensive wine collection. He informed me he doesn’t have one yet but he intends on having one sometime very soon! The “bookcase” door is a nice touch I thought. I would have never guessed it was a door! He told me it will be remote control, although, that feature wasn’t working yet when I was there.
- 20. Another home with a beautiful view! I had the pleasure of spending some quality time with Mr. Mercer. He shared with me that he grew up in the house next door and that his parents had actually purchased this lot back when they were living. He told me about how his bedroom had this wonderful view when he was a boy although he didn’t appreciate it as a child. This house is going to be such a full circle moment for him. I’m grateful to have met him and heard his wonderful story!
