supplier enterprises of imported scrap materials. This enterprise agrees to abide
by the laws and regulations on entry-exit inspection and quarantine and the
technical regulations on environmental protection of the People’s Republic of
China.
This enterprise hereby certify that the information provided is true and
correct, and agrees to bear reasonable expenses incurred during the process of
assessment, verification and acceptance, examination, supervision and
administration, and etc. by AQSIQ and the bodies authorized by AQSIQ.

Agent : China Recycling Inspection Service Co.,Ltd (Hereinafter called ‘Party B’)
This agreement is signed on the basis of equality and mutual consultation between
Party A and Party B in accordance with “the contract law of the people's Republic of
China and other relevant provisions” PartyA and Party B agree to comply with the
following aticles:
Article 1 Party B agrees to accept the consignment of Party A in applying for
Registration LICENCE OF REGISTRATION FOR Overseas Supplier Enterprises of
Imported SOLID WasteS AS Raw Materials of General Administration of Quality
Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ)

Article 2: The Charges of Service and Reference documents is USD , which is
paid in two instalments:
Part A must make the first instalment/ initial payment USD to Part B within 7
days upon the date of signing agreement .
Party A must make the second instalment/ balance payment USD within 7 days
upon the date of the AQSIQ application being approved and officially published on
China AQSIQ’s website.
If Party A requires any extra services which is out of this agreement from Party B, an

extra charges will be priced through negatiation and consent of Party A and Party B.
Party B assures the AQSIQ Certificate Application of Party A to be approved with
complete application documents Party A provides. Any failures caused by Party B,
Service charges will be refunded to party A within 7 days once the AQSIQ application
result is officially published on China AQSIQ’s website.
All of the documents provided by Party A must meet Party B’s requirements and be
authentic and true. Otherwise, Party B has no responsibility for any failures of
application.
Article 4 Duties of both parties
Party A must make the payment to Party B in time, otherwise, Party B is not
responsible for any failure or delay of the application. Regarding any overdue
payment from Party A, Party A need to pay a penalbond of 1% of the total service
charges which are listed on this agreement for every overdue day as well as the extra
charges including legal costs, traveling costs and any other charges.
Party B needs to provide all necessary assistances to Party A in the process of AQSIQ
Certificate Application and assist Party A in improving and perfecting all application
documents required by China AQSIQ Dept. and make sure all documents provided by
Party A are authentic and effective.
Prior to the application results being offically published by AQSIQ, Party A has no
right to unilaterally terminate this agreement. Otherwise, the performance of this
agreement is considered as to be fulfilled and completed by Party B.
Article 5, Party B must list all fees/charges that should be paid by Party A into the
contract.
Article 6 Any dispute arising from this agreement or the execution of this
agreement need to be settled by mutual consultation of Party A and Party B. In case
no settlement has been reached through consultation on Party A and Party B, either
party can file a suit to the court where Party B is located.
Article 7 This Agreement must be provided in duplicate, with each party holding

one copy. And the Agreement must come into effective upon signature of both
parties.This agreement is written in Chinese and English, but in the event of any
discrepancies, the Chinese version prevails.
