Technology has opened up the world,
exposing us to more and more new things,
inspiring us to push boundaries. As we’ve
become more confident in expressing our
own individuality, we’ve become comfortable
experimenting with different styles and

The velvet matt surface of PerfectSense is the
complete opposite to EGGER’s more familiar
high gloss surfaces and was developed to
meet the growing demand for high-quality,
soft-look finishes that are starting to appear
in some of the more high-end living and
commercial spaces.
Available in a range of neutral colours,
the special No-Fingerprint finish prevents
smudges and smears appearing on even the
most tactile of areas, such as handless doors.

The use of contrasting colours is nothing new
but we are now seeing it being applied to
colours of a similar tone or hue in the creation
of something more considered, a subtle look
that is both elegant and timeless.
Our range of muted colours have been created

this tone-on-tone look, allowing you to create
furniture that does not need to shout to
be noticed.

There’s gloss and now there’s PerfectSense Gloss.
A smooth and flawless surface which results in a
new level of reflection that allows you to create
the kind of high-end look that was previously
only achievable by using glass or acrylic.
A high-end look must not fade, which can be the
case with high gloss, so we’ve added a unique
UV coating that is both hardwearing and
protective, to ensure PerfectSense Gloss shines
longer.

The unique process EGGER undertakes to
create Coloured Core Laminate takes the
potential for laminates to a new level, as only
this product gives you continuity of colour
all the way through the laminate.
One of the major advantages is that corner
joints can be cut at a 45° angle and still
appear seamless.

Feelwood – Synchronised Pore
Never before have our wood grain surfaces
looked as real as our newest generation of
Feelwood finishes.
With the texture and feel of the surface now
aligned with the grain itself, these surfaces are
not only indistinguishable from both veneers
and solid wood, but come with the added
advantages of providing continuity of colour
between sheets and batches, while also being
lightfast and extremely durable.

EGGER is the first manufacturer to provide a
textured finish that aligns with the grain itself,
across all core boards.
The Feelwood Range now includes laminates
and compact laminates in addition to our
melamine faced boards.
To complete the look we have created an ABS
edge with the look and feel of sawn timber, for
that end grain edge effect.
