The news is like broccoli; it's good for your readers, but when they're faced with plain broccoli, they aren't necessarily going to eat it. Today's audiences demand that their news (broccoli) is more palatable. The news is the same, but the way we present that news for today's younger audiences should be different.

Welcome Booklet
What to Expect
We offer three styles of worship at Faith
and we encourage folks to try them all.
Even if one works and fits for you and your
family, it is often a blessing to experience
other styles from time to time.
What to Wear
Clothing choices run the gamut among
the people of Faith. You will see a few
people in ties, but folks feel comfortable
even in jeans during our contemporary
worship, The Vine. We encourage you
to wear whatever YOU are comfortable
worshipping in.
WelcomeTo Faith United Methodist Church
Belong, Believe & Be a Blessing
We at Faith United Methodist Church believe in
connecting people with the grace of Jesus.
We belong to God, to each other and to this
community. We believe in grace, hope and life
eternal. We believe that the good news of Jesus is
for everyone and changes everything. All that we do
is done to connect people to the life-changing love
God revealed and offered in Jesus.
Vision
We at Faith see our community growing in number and depth. We see generations gathering together to eat, laugh, learn and worship.
We see committed followers of Jesus alongside people who are curious about God. We see people moving from being receivers to
being sharers of grace, from being blessed to being a blessing, from watching to worshiping, from passive to active discipleship. We
see a church focused on the impact God calls it to have on individuals, families and the community.
At Faith, you will find so many ways to be a part of God’s community through our worship services and groups. We invite you to join us!

From the Pastor
What a joy it is to introduce you to our church! If you’ve
never been to church before, haven’t been in a very long
time, or are just new to our area and looking for a place
to belong, I hope you’ll visit us. Please come and sense at
least some of the wonderful spirit that is present at Faith
and let us make you feel right at home. We truly do believe
that God is at work here in each of our lives, and it is my
prayer that you might find the same to be true in your expe-
rience here as well.
You are invited to join us on Sundays and in the programs
that we offer at any time. There is something for almost
every interest and age grouping and we’d be more than
happy to talk with you about those opportunities whenever
you’d like. Should you be looking for a church home in our
area, we’d be honored to discuss that with you, too. Simply
give us a call or shoot us an email and we will try to answer
any questions you might have.
Yours in Him,
Ben Trammell
Pastor
