Volleyball is played on a rectangular court divided by a net. A match consists of best-of-five sets, with each set played to 25 points and needing a two-point advantage to win. Teams are composed of six starting players and six substitutes, with one player designated as the libero. Players rotate positions after each point and are only allowed to hit the ball three times before it must cross the net. The objective is to ground the ball on the opponent's court within the established rules.

4. Scoring to win a match …
In every rally, a team scores a point
When a team scores 25 points with two points of diference they win a set !
When a team wins three games they win the match!
* When both teams win two sets, the fifth one will be played to 15 points.

10. BASIC RULES TO PLAY
WE CAN HIT THE BALL USING ANY PART OF THE BODY.
WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:
• CATCH, HOLD OR THROW THE BALL
You cannot hit the ball TWICE IN A ROW.
Each team is allowed to have a MAXIMUM OF THREE TOUCHES before the ball
travels over the net.
* The block doesn´t count as a touch
* At the first hit of the team, the ball may contact various parts of the body consecutively,
provided that the contacts occur during one action.
EXCEPTIONS:

11. BASIC RULES TO PLAY
SIMULTANEUS CONTACT:
When two (or three) team-mates touch the ball simultaneously, it is counted as
two (or three) hits (with the exception of blocking).
When two opponents touch the ball simultaneously over the net and the ball
remains in play, the team receiving the ball is entitled to another three hits.
PLAYER AT THE NET:
 A player may touch the ball beyond the net.
 It is permitted to penetrate under the net into the opponent space.
 A player may touch the opponent court, while any part of the body remains in
his/her own court (either in contact with or directly above the center line)
 Contact with the net is not a fault.
