Five things to do before hiring a consultantCraig Sherrett
To get the most out of your third party consultants
you need to prepare your company. Here are five actions everyone should take to ensure your next engagement is successful.
1. To whom it may concern:
As a customer of Ratchet Infotech, I had to call in for help on December 7,
2014. After visiting with (2) men who could not solve my problem, I got a call
back from Singh Gurpartap, a senior technician specialist. I want to share the
experience I had when I called for some tech support.
I own a company of 50 + employees and have previously managed several
companies. The customer service my employees provide is the key to my
success and profitability. I was always grateful when any customer would give
me feedback on my employees. As a result -- I want to share some feedback
about Singh Gurpartap.
When I called the Ratchet Infotech customer service, I was desperate for
someone to help me. Here are some things I feel your company should know
about Singh:
1. He is an extremely knowledgeable man
2. He is an exceptionally good listener
3. He communicates extremely well
4. He is an extremely friendly man
5. He is a very – very patient man
6. He is an outstanding problem solver
7. He is an exceptionally skillful employee
I wish I could say all the above for each of my employees but that isn’t true. I
do have a “few employees” with credentials like Singh --- but not very many. I
hope management is as proud of Sing as I am thankful for how Singh helped
me. Ratchet Infotech can be very proud of how Singh represents the company
in so many ways.
As owner of a company, if one of our customers would take the time to share
about one of my employees, I most certainly would appreciate it AND I most
certainly would actually TELL my employee just how pleased and thankful a
customer was because of what that employee did.
I will post the website and customer service number of Ratchet Infotech on our
company bulletin board. I will share with many other people I know just what
Ratchet Infotech can do for them. I will strongly suggest they purchase some
2. kind of service contract from Ratchet Infotech in the event they ever encounter
any kind of computer problems.
Thank you AND thank Singh for what you have done for me and what you can
do for others. In return for me taking time to share back some feedback with
management --- I ask you share my feedback personally with Singh.
Sincerely,
Bobby J. Miller (CEO)
