This agreement is made on 01/12/2010 between M/s GB Extrusions Pvt Ltd V-12 M.I.D.C.
Area Jalgaon, Maharashtra (Here after called “The Employer” of one part) & Mr.Abhay
Praffulla Kulkarni residing at Block No.1&2,Nilkantha Apartment,Sahakar Nagar Bhusawal
425 201.
The Employer shall employ the said employee in the position of quality control in charge
in GB Extrusions Pvt Ltd.From 01/12/2010.
The employer shall compensate the employee with the total monthly fixed gross salary of
Rs.4000/- per month. The employee shall faithtully, honestly & diligently obsened & perform
his duties & comply with the terms & conditions of his service with the employer.
