1. How are you going to make a difference?
During my tenure in Khulna University, I have been involved with numerous
voluntary and research-oriented organizations and endeavors; where I have
planned, designed and operationalized numerous competitions, workshops,
training programs and musical events. These endeavors gave me the opportunity to
learn practically and implement the concepts of leading, team management, target
setting and fulfillment, organizational dynamics, promotion and sales strategies,
crisis management and many more. Also, I have worked as a Research Assistant,
Survey Team Coordinator and Training program designer, which helped to create &
nurture my inspection & speculation, problem solving, and other institutional skills
like client and stakeholder management and communication etc. So I can firmly
state that, I would certainly be a valuable addition to your organization and a
perfect fit for the position of TM.
