MEMS gyroscope sensor is used in systems of determining the real location of movable things and conducting the model airplanes. In this study a new plan by the name of GEO (Geography) and by using of MEMS parts will be introduced with TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) for further control of passed route that calculates correct route by measuring head deviation amount of boring machine from real north axis and sends to control system. After introducing present methods and tools that used in conducting tunnel boring machines of first line in Tabriz subway, profile data of previous planned route are compared with measurement and calculated GEO system`s data and then the amount of existing errors in selected route are designed.
