Why invest in Poland? Simple answer: Poland is one of the strongest players in
                                 the Europe region.
Poland is located in the heart of Europe with links to Russia, Germany, Slovakia
                               and the Czech Republic.
 Poland has a population of some 37 million inhabitants the country has one of
         the highest percentage of young people within the Europe region.
   Poland offers every type of investment possibility for both local and foreign
                                    investors alike.
According to Wikipedia "The Economy of Poland is a high income economy and
    is the sixth largest in the EU and one of the fastest growing economies in
Europe, with a yearly growth rate of over 3.0% before the late-2000s recession.
It is the only member country of the European Union to have avoided a decline
 in GDP, meaning that in 2009 Poland has created the most GDP growth in the
  EU. As of December 2009 the Polish economy had not entered recession nor
   contracted. According to the Central Statistical Office of Poland, In 2010 the
  Polish economic growth rate was 3.9 %, which was one of the best results in
                                       Europe "
is stable and survived the recent problems suffered by the rest of the world.
So we have an attractive situation in Poland of fastest growing economies in
                    Europe with still low properties costs!

The banking system here in Poland has now structured against anything like
   what has happened to the rest of the world by making loans etc flexible to
          withstand any possibility of a crash within the polish system.
 The latest market reports show that the supply and demand for new housing is
stable as every new property built was sold in the last quarter of 2011, if we take
the Warsaw market as an example foreign investors purchased in 2011, 19,000
new apartments in the city with a total of 1 million square meters of floor space.
   Most foreign investors look to the 6 major cities in Poland to invest in which
                    keeps the price within these areas high.
