Chapter One: System Overview1.1 Introduction
This project is intended to develop a real time Enterprise Resource Planning system with capabilities to monitor inventory levels in the company. Through the system, Big Square Company, who are the clients for the system, will be able to track their current inventory levels as soon a sale is made. The system will enable the management monitor inventory levels in all their branches countrywide. As an addition to managing inventory, Big Square Company will also be able to perform analysis and determine future order dates from their suppliers. This could be attained by creating reorder levels for inventory and subsequent notification to suppliers. Having collected and generated data, the system will be able to generate reports for decision making process by the management of the company. The analysis of the data collected could provide insight on which decisions will have a positive impact on the growth of the company. For example, the data could inform the management which type of food that customers consume more and thus they should stock more of the commodity. They can also be able to determine and relate the effect of seasons to the consumption of the food. 1.2 Users and Stakeholders
The system has a set of users, classified based on their responsibilities in the company. The first user is the store keeper. This is the user with the most basic role of entering new stock as it is received and managing the inventory. This user has limited capabilities based on his/her job description and is attached to one branch. The storekeeper role might have more than one person based on the number of stores that Big Square Company has.
The second user is the general store manager. This user is at management level since he/she handles inventory for more than one branch. This manager approves reorders for more than one store.
The final user of the system is the management team. This user’s role could be by one or more people depending on the management structure. The manager has all the privileges that the other two users have. The manager can be able to see and analyze reports concerning the business. 1.3 Project Initiator or sponsor
The project is initiated and sponsored by Big Square, a fast food company located in Chicago. The company has other branches in other parts of the country. Chapter One Section.

1.0 Project description
The Ethical Company Finder application will allow the US government to sell otherwise wasted byproducts of the chemical munitions process to companies which operate ethically and set a standard for honest business practices. Thiodiglycol is most commonly used as a common solvent in the paint and coatings industry however, it can also be used for more devious purposes (i.e., the reproduction of mustard gas) and a system is needed to identify industrial companies who will purchase and use the chemical in a safe and ethical manner. Therefore, in order to sell this chemical for a profit, a software service must be developed which will create a “whitelist” (list of allowed, rather than prohibited) companies which meet a given set of conditions set forth by the US government. Companies which meet the minimum criteria, to include such things as good credit, a reputation of honest business practices, and no lawsuits regarding company behavior within the past ten years, will be considered for the whitelist service. Once companies are whitelisted they will be allowed to bid on the chemical with the software service calculating factors such as quantity of selected product, cost and distance of shipping, location of the product destination, the required route for the product to reach the customers destination, and the price the customer is willing to pay to determine which company to sell the product to and how much to sell them.
1.1 Use Case Diagram1.2 Introduction
Within every individual use case there are specified actors and roles which those actors play. In the following paper the names of those actors will be specified and a description of how they interact with the software service will be provided. It should be noted that only current customers are within scope with current customers bei.
This document discusses security templates in Ipro and provides three hands-on scenarios to demonstrate customizing user permissions:
1. The first scenario shows how to create a new user ("SME") and group, apply the "External User" template permissions, and create a secured review pass for the user to limit them to view-only access for a set of documents without tags.
2. The second scenario restricts an attorney user further by disabling search and review functions, review management, and other features to focus them on only tagging documents.
3. The third scenario addresses a case manager's issue with reviewers printing too many pages by having administrators override the print permission for a specific user from the Job Manager.

Lifting the Corporate Veil. Power Point Presentationseri bangash
"Lifting the Corporate Veil" is a legal concept that refers to the judicial act of disregarding the separate legal personality of a corporation or limited liability company (LLC). Normally, a corporation is considered a legal entity separate from its shareholders or members, meaning that the personal assets of shareholders or members are protected from the liabilities of the corporation. However, there are certain situations where courts may decide to "pierce" or "lift" the corporate veil, holding shareholders or members personally liable for the debts or actions of the corporation.
Here are some common scenarios in which courts might lift the corporate veil:
Fraud or Illegality: If shareholders or members use the corporate structure to perpetrate fraud, evade legal obligations, or engage in illegal activities, courts may disregard the corporate entity and hold those individuals personally liable.
Undercapitalization: If a corporation is formed with insufficient capital to conduct its intended business and meet its foreseeable liabilities, and this lack of capitalization results in harm to creditors or other parties, courts may lift the corporate veil to hold shareholders or members liable.
Failure to Observe Corporate Formalities: Corporations and LLCs are required to observe certain formalities, such as holding regular meetings, maintaining separate financial records, and avoiding commingling of personal and corporate assets. If these formalities are not observed and the corporate structure is used as a mere façade, courts may disregard the corporate entity.
Alter Ego: If there is such a unity of interest and ownership between the corporation and its shareholders or members that the separate personalities of the corporation and the individuals no longer exist, courts may treat the corporation as the alter ego of its owners and hold them personally liable.
Group Enterprises: In some cases, where multiple corporations are closely related or form part of a single economic unit, courts may pierce the corporate veil to achieve equity, particularly if one corporation's actions harm creditors or other stakeholders and the corporate structure is being used to shield culpable parties from liability.

This document briefly explains the June compliance calendar 2024 with income tax returns, PF, ESI, and important due dates, forms to be filled out, periods, and who should file them?.
