• Once you gain speed, the acceleration can be strong
• Strategy evolves with time (CoE, C4E, CoE+C4E, …)
• Organization evolves with stages of strategy (reorg every 6 months)
• Mindset takes time to change
• Focus on Key Data and Key process as it maximises the reuse and make sure
the design is good
• Marketing the APIs is equally as important as developing them
• Keep some margin to finance the strategic cross-silo APIs
