The NLRB has issued a new rule requiring private employers to notify employees of their NLRA rights by posting a notice by November 14. The poster will be available by November 1 and must be displayed by November 14 or employers could face unfair labor practice charges. The rule applies to most private employers over $50,000 in annual revenue or $500,000 for some retailers. The poster will be included on the existing large federal poster which is expanding in size.
