ARGWELD produces inflatable pipe purging systems for welding applications. - The systems use up to 90% less inert gas than conventional purging methods, are quicker to install, and result in faster purging times and improved weld quality. - The inflatable dams are made of latex rubber and nylon, come in various sizes from 2-12 inches, and allow for gas inlet/exhaust points along the pipe. - The systems pay for themselves after just one or two welds due to their lower operating costs compared to disposable paper dams.

ARGWELD ® Multi Exhaust Systems ■ Eleven sizes covering all pipe diameters from 2 – 12” ( 50 – 300 mm) ■ An argon hose is connected from the supply to one end of the purge system and gas allowed to flow at a rate of 10 l/m ■ Devices have inflatable latex rubber interior surrounded by protective nylon cover, impregnated with polyurethane to facilitate sliding through pipes ■ Dams are connected by a high quality, high temperature resistant rubber tube protected by a metal braid 5 ARGWELD® RANGE
