ANXIETY: 3 STEPS TO FREE YOU FROM PANIC
ATTACK
Have you struggled with fear? So tell me if that sounds familiar. So I decided to bring this
article on 3 steps to help you get rid of panic attacks.
Panic Attacks
You’re almost all the time on the edge – and on the edge of tears – and you don’t know why.
Sometimes you are very nervous and lose concentration, even when you are in the middle of
work.
You’ve had times when you thought you weren’t in control of your body. They felt as if they
were boiling in their stomachs, and they choked with every breath. And maybe they were so
nervous that they were afraid of dying.
If you suffer from panic attacks, these feelings may seem incredibly familiar to you, but if
you really think about them, they simply do not make sense.
In your head, you know that you are safe and yet you feel that your life is in danger. Your
anxiety level rises rapidly and you see what happens: your next panic attack.
They hope that it will not be in public and that people will not notice it … but you can. You
will panic even more, your mind rushes and you choke.
I can completely identify with how you feel.
If I used to face fear, I know it’s not an easy feeling. But in the past two years, I have
discovered a three-step process that has helped me control my anxiety and get rid of panic
attacks forever.
Today I want to share this system with you.
Step 1: let yourself feel anxiety
Panic attacks are a clear sign that they suppress the emotions of fear in your daily life. Instead
of feeling fear when it hits you, you try to hide it, and as your mountain of fear grows, it
becomes harder to suppress, until it eventually leads to great anxiety or panic attacks.
During a panic attack, you lose control of your emotions and all the built-in fear is finally
released.
In this way, you can think of panic attacks as a body cleansing mechanism to get rid of
excessive anxiety.
Of course, panic attacks are not a particularly pleasant experience, and I imagine you want to
find less stressful and healthier ways to manage your emotions.
Therefore, the next time you get nervous (or have a total panic attack), try to bow to fear.
If you’ve never scared yourself before, it can be scary. They may even start shaking or
choking, and they may worry that their life will end.
I have already been in this mental space and I can tell you: a panic attack will not kill you.
There is no need to focus on your health, just try to breathe as calmly as possible and let it
happen.

Step 2: let your anxiety spread all over your body
His fear, terrible as it may seem, is only a temporary state. You may feel that your panic is
endless and you may be so trapped by your emotions that you waste time and feel threatened
in the present.
But even during a panic attack, you may remember that you have already felt different,
whether you are happy or wrong.
And in order to get out of your current malaise as quickly as possible, you need to let the fear
spread throughout your body.
You can also turn this into a game: see if you can feel fear in your hands, wrists and elbows.
See if you can extend it to your shoulders, heart, chest and stomach.
Take it from the stomach, through the liver and kidneys, to the pelvis. Gently move your
anxiety from the pelvis to the hips and move your legs down, to the feet and floor.
Continue to focus on your breathing and revive all the thoughts that contributed to your fear,
and you will soon see that your panic begins to disappear.
Step 3: release the panic and discover the next emotion that comes to
mind
It is important not to get stuck in thoughts of panic and fear. Therefore, as soon as you fully
feel all the negative emotions, mentally prepare to get rid of fear.
You can see that your panic disperses and the waves of fear gently move away from your
body.
Welcome the following sensations that will appear on your way, whether it is a feeling of
relief, fatigue or happiness.
After that, you will feel much better, and gradually your panic attacks will become less and
less frequent until they completely disappear (at least that’s what happened to me).
Final Reflections
This simple system changed my life-thanks to it, I was able to overcome my fear without
drugs and did not panic in the last six months.
I am sure you can achieve similar results if you regularly use this anxiety control system.
But if you are going through a difficult time or suffer from severe anxiety and depression,
seek professional help from doctors, counselors or therapists close to you.
This is a real testimony of someone who has fought panic attacks.

Sometimes you are very nervous and lose concentration, even when you are in the middle of work. You’ve had times when you thought you weren’t in control of your body. They felt as if they were boiling in their stomachs, and they choked with every breath. And maybe they were so nervous that they were afraid of dying. If you suffer from panic attacks, these feelings may seem incredibly familiar to you, but if you really think about them, they simply do not make sense.
  • 2. In your head, you know that you are safe and yet you feel that your life is in danger. Your anxiety level rises rapidly and you see what happens: your next panic attack. They hope that it will not be in public and that people will not notice it … but you can. You will panic even more, your mind rushes and you choke. I can completely identify with how you feel. If I used to face fear, I know it’s not an easy feeling. But in the past two years, I have discovered a three-step process that has helped me control my anxiety and get rid of panic attacks forever. Today I want to share this system with you. Step 1: let yourself feel anxiety Panic attacks are a clear sign that they suppress the emotions of fear in your daily life. Instead of feeling fear when it hits you, you try to hide it, and as your mountain of fear grows, it becomes harder to suppress, until it eventually leads to great anxiety or panic attacks. During a panic attack, you lose control of your emotions and all the built-in fear is finally released. In this way, you can think of panic attacks as a body cleansing mechanism to get rid of excessive anxiety. Of course, panic attacks are not a particularly pleasant experience, and I imagine you want to find less stressful and healthier ways to manage your emotions. Therefore, the next time you get nervous (or have a total panic attack), try to bow to fear. If you’ve never scared yourself before, it can be scary. They may even start shaking or choking, and they may worry that their life will end. I have already been in this mental space and I can tell you: a panic attack will not kill you.   • 3. Step 2: let your anxiety spread all over your body His fear, terrible as it may seem, is only a temporary state. You may feel that your panic is endless and you may be so trapped by your emotions that you waste time and feel threatened in the present. But even during a panic attack, you may remember that you have already felt different, whether you are happy or wrong. And in order to get out of your current malaise as quickly as possible, you need to let the fear spread throughout your body. You can also turn this into a game: see if you can feel fear in your hands, wrists and elbows. See if you can extend it to your shoulders, heart, chest and stomach. Take it from the stomach, through the liver and kidneys, to the pelvis. Gently move your anxiety from the pelvis to the hips and move your legs down, to the feet and floor. Continue to focus on your breathing and revive all the thoughts that contributed to your fear, and you will soon see that your panic begins to disappear.
  • 4. Step 3: release the panic and discover the next emotion that comes to mind It is important not to get stuck in thoughts of panic and fear. Therefore, as soon as you fully feel all the negative emotions, mentally prepare to get rid of fear. You can see that your panic disperses and the waves of fear gently move away from your body. Welcome the following sensations that will appear on your way, whether it is a feeling of relief, fatigue or happiness. After that, you will feel much better, and gradually your panic attacks will become less and less frequent until they completely disappear (at least that’s what happened to me). Final Reflections This simple system changed my life-thanks to it, I was able to overcome my fear without drugs and did not panic in the last six months.
