There is a functionality called “process period open for all companies “ which will be used to
open the periods in all companies.
We got enhancement from the user that they want to restrict the period opening for the
inactive companies.
They requested for new functionality so that they can add the current and feature inactive
companies to the inactive company list/table.
Here the objective is to create a new functionality for the finance department by using which
they can add the inactive entities to the inactive company list there by restrict the opening of
inactive companies at the time of period open for all companies.

Project Description
There is daily reimbursable amount cap for meals and incidentals incurred by a traveler
during the course of business travel. This daily meal policy has to be implemented in
dynamics AX, so that policy is enforced properly.
To help the approver while reviewing an expense report, option has to be provided to identify
the lines which have been reviewed. Also, modified lines on a resubmitted expense report
should be highlighted so that approver would know which lines to review.
Comments for certain expenses to be made mandatory which will help the approver while
reviewing the expense report.
