PROJECT : FORD CRM NEXT –ENHANCEMENT & SUPPORT
Description: A SAP CRM production support system which is responsible for SAP systems application
handles Change Request’s and Incidents raised by all FORD Markets (IN, AU, NZ, SA, NZ .CN, PH, ID,
TH).

Responsibility :
1. As a part of SMW and Enhancement team, I will be assigned with a CR where I will play my role as
a CRM functional consultant delivering the CR without any delay to the business.
2. Preparing CRM functional specifications and CRMconfiguration documents .
3. Conducting Integration Testing and Regression Testing.
4. Handling Change Request’s and Incidents raised by FORD (IN, AU, NZ, SA Market).
PROJECT : CAF SAP CRM T O VIST A & VINCENT INT EGRAT ION FORD – CHINA
Description : In this project Business needs to have the ability to obtain information for a
particular customer ID from the SAP-CRM database from within the batch process for ‘auto claim’
generation. SAP-CRM should provide VINCENT(Vehicle incentive System) a file containing all of the
customers of new sales reported sold that day and to other side in VISTA(Vehicle Information system
Application) to communicate with CRM in order to get existing and new customers along with the
that VIN . Whenever if any new vehicle sales created/updated or ownership change happen via CAF
DMS source feed in to CRM then the particular VIN and Owner BP ID has to be sent to VISTA
application.

Description: C4L (Customer 4 Life) is a project envisioned to increase the effectiveness of customer
engagement for after sales activities. Ford Customer Service Business Division needs an effective
mechanism for seamless communication with customers through multiple and cross communication
channels for the entire life-cycle of a customer. They should be able to execute multi wave and multi-
channel campaigns through anautomated process in an effective and efficient way.

instance also.
