2. 6. Study or research reports on the level of contaminants in various environmental settings,
especially those that have an impact on the environment and health, this to include other
relevant data and information as well.
7. Impact reports and or studies and research done in connection with surveillance data and
other forms of information, especially those relating to health, occupational health, and
environmental health conditions.
8. Study reports or analyses of dangerous risks that occur or might occur from industrial
processes, especially those that relate to environment and health, including studies on
results of industrial activities that impacts on standards of protection for safety in industrial
operations.
9. Monitoring reports on the effects of operations that have or might have an impact on the
environment and health, including studies of activities to ensure safety standards that have
to be done on a continuing basis, as deemed by the law or which are conditions for issuance
of permission or approval. Examples of these are reports monitoring the treatment of
wastewater flowing out from industrial plants or other monitoring reports that cover similar
topics.
10. Reports that are related to the preparation and implementation of general urban plans and
specific urban plans that cover every level, including data and information involved in such
preparation, especially relating to environmental, health, and or social impacts.
11. Contracts, concessions, and permits connected with enterprises and bodies and that related
to operations that have or might have an impact on the environment, health, or society. This
would include contracts, concessions, and permits related to the use of and the seeking of
benefit from natural resources.
12. Negotiating frameworks, drafts of agreements, and or international agreements that are
associated with the environment and health, and this is to include negotiating frameworks,
drafts of agreements, and or international agreements that are associated with the use of
and the seeking of benefit from natural resources, and also to include the result of activities
that were performed as part of a relevant commitment made.
13. Policies, work plans, projects, and budgets associated with implementation activities
affecting environment and health.
14. Reports of meetings and resolutions related to the environment and health including those
that have a societal impact, that emanate from committees appointed or set up legally, or
by resolution of the cabinet.
15. Data and information and or reports connected with changes in environment conditions that
have an impact on the environmental and health situation.
16. Other data and information that are relevant, including statistical data, maps, and others.
In the process of arranging for information to be available, the state agencies are to organize such
data and information, and indices to facilitate searches, both in the form of books, documents, and
electronic form, such that the people can access them at a place which is to be determined by the
state, in accordance with Section 9 of the Official Information Act B.E. 2540. And or it could be made
accessible in electronic form from the normal channels of distribution of each state agency as
deemed appropriate. These measures are to be completed within 90 days after the date of this
announcement.
