Responsibilities for Students During Exams
1. If you are too sick to come to an exam, you MUST get a doctor’s note to say that
you were too sick to write your exam. We are not taking about a cold. We are not talking
about the sniffles. You have to be so sick that you are unable to crawl out of bed or you
are in the hospital or you have been involved in a major accident preventing you from
writing your exams. You only have ONE shot to write an exam. Be here.
2. What happens if you are late? If you are less than 15 minutes late arriving for an exam
go straight to class. If you arrive after 8:30, come directly to the Office. You will be
allowed to write in a different classroom with ONLY the remaining time left. If you come
after 9:30, you will not be allowed to write your exam because people may have already
been dismissed from the exam. You will get a mark of ZERO.
If you have any batteries at
home, please bring them in
to the office to fill our bucket
which will be picked up
before the end of the school
year. We need to FILL the
bucket by June 30th!
Summer Reading- you can borrow books from the SCI library
and enjoy reading on the beach, by the pool, in the car, in
places where you can’t get WIFI etc. Take a break from
and READ!
The OSSLT results are in and the personalized results have
been given to those students who wrote the exam in both
October and March. If you haven’t received yours, please
come to the office to pick up.
