Congratulations goes out to the girls soccer
team for their convincing 3-0 win against
Elmvale last night. After a slow start, the girls
picked up the pace and took a 1-0 lead to the
second half. The girls added two more goals in
the second half and cruised to victory on the
strength of excellent defence and strong
goaltending. The next action for the girls is a
home game on Monday against Le Caron from
Penetang. Well Done Girls!
Nine students from SCI competed
at Skills Ontario in Toronto over
the last few days. Mr. Burton and
Mr. Wheatcroft are extremely
proud of how the Spartans
conducted themselves during the
competition. Our SHED Building
team earned the SILVER medal
and the SCDSB team won BEST IN
SHOW. Well done!
Good luck goes out to our Boys Baseball team as they head to
Barrie to take on the Invaders from Innisdale this morning.
Go Spartans!
