having worked with a large corporates, MNCs, TNCs & Family run concerns (Kotharis, Glaxo,
Godrej, Apollo Hospitals).
Anil is a qualified Chartered Accountant-Fellow (FCA), a Company Secretary –Fellow (FCS), Post
Graduate Diploma in Business Admin (PGDBA) and Bachelor of General Law (BGL). Prior to
promoting his own M/s Srimeera Associates, Anil was associated in senior management positions of
Apollo Hospitals, Godrej-Sara Lee, Glaxo (India) Ltd and Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd. Anil
has travelled across South East Asia, Middle East Countries & Egypt. Anil was heading Finance,
Projects & Consulting, Taxation, Legal, Secretarial and Compliances. Anil held variety of senior
positions including Board & Corporate positions for leading corporates including Apollo Hospitals.
Anil has handled more than 38 projects for Apollo Hospitals besides 2 IPOs in Colombo, Sri Lanka
and IPO in Apollo NCR Region, Delhi. Anil handled six Projects for Glaxo (India) Ltd (now named as
Heinz) and several Projects for Godrej-Sara Lee Ltd (Goodknight, Iodised Salt, Tissue Paper etc).
Provided strategic mergers for Apollo (IHCL, DHCL, Sindoori with Apollo Hospitals), established
several super speciality hospitals for Apollo in India (BLore, Ahmedabad, Kolkatta, Chennai,
Hyd’bad, Pune & Delhi) besides International Hospitals at Mauritius, Bangladesh, Dubai, Oman, Sri
Lanka & Egypt.
Contributing Editor for more than three years to Express Healthcare Management (EHM), made
several presentations (India & Overseas) on Professional Topics & Hospitals Management Systems
to Mumbai University, IIM & AIMA, Ahmedabad and other associations in India and Overseas.
